Observe blends the easy-drinking nature of a pilsner with the layered depth of a barrel-aged Brett beer. Floral French hops lend notes of ripe stone fruit, which are intensified through a 12-month secondary fermentation in oak barrels. Subtle hints of vanilla and coconut from the wood round out the profile, while gentle tannins add structure and a crisp, balanced finish.
