Decadent and robust! This batch of our imperial stout was aged in bourbon barrels allowing for time to condition the beer's overall character, enhancing malt flavours and increasing smoothness. The addition of bourbon and oak character adds depth that plays naturally with the chocolate, caramelized, and roasted notes of this imperial ale.
