Rosaly Rose Hip & Lychee Sour
Rosaly's life began aging in an Italian red wine foeder for nearly 2 years, becoming a smooth, fruity golden sour. It was then racked onto Lychee fruit and rose hips and left to re-ferment on the fruit for 6 months where Rosaly gained flavours of strawberry, grapefruit, and melon with an accent of floral rose. Juicy and lightly sour.
