Peppy - Pink Peppercorn & Rose Hip Saison Version 2
Peppy is a Belgian style saison infused with Pink Peppercorn and dried Rose Hips. Back for its second run, this time Peppy's base is a barrel aged Saison which gained a light tartness and subtle funk while aging, then was "dry hopped" with the pink peppercorn and rose hips. The pink peppercorns provide notes of sweet red berries and a peppery aroma, while the rose hips add a botanical, floral quality. The result is a bright fruity saison with some layers to consider while you enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Malt, Hops, Yeast, Rose Hips, Spelt, Oats, Pink Peppercorns
