Our Tripel Belgian Ale was brewed using Franco-Belges Pilsner malt, noble hops, and the Ardennes Belgian yeast strain from Escarpment Labs. The beer has a brilliant golden colour in the glass with fluffy long lasting foam. You can expect flavours of pear, lemon, and black pepper, with a clean finish. This Tripel has just enough bitterness to balance the malt sweetness and has plenty of effervescence, creating a deceptively smooth strong Belgian ale!
