Ebb & Flow is a crisp and smooth West Coast-style IPA brewed with Centennial, New Zealand-grown Cascade, and Motueka hops. Bright citrus notes of lime and grapefruit lead into tropical undertones of papaya and passionfruit, with a subtle zesty mojito character. A light, dry malt base keeps things clean and refreshing, allowing the fresh hop flavours to shine through with a crisp, balanced finish.
