Šero is a full flavoured, highly crushable Czech style dark lager. This beer has a rich malt character despite its simple recipe. Expect malt notes ranging from toast and graham crackers to chocolate and light roast, with subtle layers of dark fruit, and caramel. Šero gains its drinkability from multiple additions of Czech Saaz hops and our soft brewing water, which produces a rounded bitterness that balances the sweet malt flavours.
