Cool Melon Watermelon Kölsch is a collaboration between North Brewing Co. and Tata Brew made with over 800 lbs of pulped Watermelon 🍉🍉🍉 and Huell melon hops.
Beginning as a refreshing German Kölsch style ale, Cool Melon is hit with a big addition of freshly hand-pulped Watermelon and then racked onto Watermelon to be fermented together at a cooler temperature. The finished beer is ultra crisp with a subtle dry finish and bursting with real Watermelon flavour. This one is for all you cool melons out there!
