Named after streams of glacier meltwater, Kryal is a strong pale lager that was aged in neutral american oak barrels for one year with a Brettanomyces culture. The time spent aging intensified its decocted malt character, while oak flavours like vanilla, coconut, and almond infused into the beer. Brettanomyces added layers to this beer by slowly creating notes of plums and a light spice.
