Reverie Oud Bruin is ready after a long awaited two year aging process. Fermented with Kviek yeast and Belgian Sour Blend and then aged for two years in red wine barrels, followed by an additional six months in bottle. Reverie has developed a pleasant acidity with deep notes of cherries, plums and dark fruits alongside rich malt character of toast, caramel and chocolate.
