Malt and time come together to bring a smooth lager to your glass, and it’s pulling no punches at 6.6%. Kyral was brewed with a base of German Pilsner malt and a touch of Munich and Pale malt to add depth, and then hopped for balance with a blend of Hersbrucker and Saaz.
Fermented low and slow with a Czech lager strain from Escarpment Labs, and then conditioned for 6 weeks. The finished beer sparkles with a bright light-amber colour and tastes of cereal and honey, with a restrained malty sweetness to finish.
