Meaning “The Good Life”, Dolce Vita is a Belgian style Saison aged in Pinot Noir barrels. Fermented and matured with a Belgian mixed-fermentation culture, it has bright aromas of pear, red wine, and honeydew melon, with some earthy undertones. Dolce Vita drinks light and effervescent, hitting the palate with vinous flavours from the barrels that play well with flavours of orchard fruit, tart cherry, and spice. Expect medium body, and a near dry finish with notes of vanilla and almond thanks to its time spent maturing in the oak barrels
